A unified design language was established to ensure brand consistency across footwear, apparel, and equipment. Two performance driven collections were developed: the RC collection focused on speed, minimal weight, and racing, while the Endurance collection offered comfort, versatility, and performance for trail and road training. Both collections followed a head-to-toe concept tailored to each gender.

Innovative materials such as MATRYX® were introduced for breathable, durable uppers, while new outsole lug geometries provided terrain-specific grip and mud-shedding performance. Rocker geometry and responsive Kinetic Light Foam midsole technology enhanced running ergonomics and energy return.

The apparel line featured lightweight, breathable fabrics with functional detailing, supporting freedom of movement. The running vest was precisely patterned for fit and gear access.

An agile development process enabled quick prototyping and testing, supported by improved tech packs and clear early-stage need definition. Cross-functional collaboration ensured alignment toward shared performance goals.
